"Roof adjustments"
Our metal roof has been installed for just over one year now and we could not be more pleased with it. Our roofing installation went very quickly and have not had any color fading or popping up of screws. We like that the color matches our shutters perfectly. We have found as of yet nothing that we dislike about our roofing choice. We decided to have our roof replaced after minimal damages after a hurricane. I would suggest for anyone looking to have a roof redone, that Weather Guard is the way to go. It is a very quick and easy process to be done. Ours was done in one day by a very professional group of guys from Weather Guard. They took the time to make sure they cleaned up their mess and double checked to make sure no loose screws were left in the yard or drive way to prevent popped tires. In addition, our metal roofing system received an anti-rust coating at the factory that contains zinc or a mixture of aluminum and zinc. After this, they also receive several coats of paint, which looks great and provides further protection from the elements. Our metal roof was installed over an asphalt roof, which aids in noise-reduction and because we had solid sheathing installed as well, our metal roof is generally quieter- even during rain and hail storms.
