"Terrible people to get hold of"
Dow PowerHouse shingles installed in 2016 by Dow / RGS Energy has taken over warranty. One of the panels is damaged. Called warranty #. After many tries got a person. Sent pictures of damage. Got a claim number, #30092. Since then I have e- mailed and phoned, but gotten no response or return call.

"Solar Shingles Surprises Everybody's Hearts"
This is the greatest way to get energy from the sun and gives a huge savings. It is the greatest investment that my family and I ever had. We had it for one year and it went successfully. It was a good way to save money. With electricity from our PG&E bill, there has been a lot of conflict and difficulty in paying it every month. I disliked how I have to pay a lot in a big household. It was time to use something cheaper, thanks to RGS Energy. Again, I liked how it was cheap and easy for my family to use. No dislikes, I promise. I would definitely by it again and recommend it to a friend. My friend would want to get this for his family. They are also have problems with their electricity since they are a family of eight. His kids are always using the televisions and computers and it is hard to stop them from playing around. You know what? I will call him once he comes back from his Paris trip so I can HIGHLY recommend him to RGS Energy. He will be surprised at how much he will save. He will not regret it.
