"Metal is an improvement"
I believe that my new metal roofing is an improvement. We had went with Bridger Steel and I have no complaints. We replaced the roofing approximately a year and a half ago due to a leak. We had some ceramic tiles that had cracked and were constantly leaking and instead of just replacing the broken ones with new ceramic tiles, my roommates and I went with a metal option. The new roof is great because it doesn't leak at all for the first reason, but also it seems to keep the house cooler. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems to insulate the house better from the natural elements. Cool in the summers and warm in the winters.
