"The enjoyment of a metal roof"
I have owned the Premium Pro-Rib metal roof for a couple of years now. I did the installation of the roof as back in the day I had done some roofing. With the new way the metal roofs go together the average DIY can do it now. I like how easy it was to install. I am also very happy with the durability compared to asphalt shingles. The main thing that I dislike is the noise when things hit it and it is a bit louder during storms. We have a big tree and the asphalt shingles would absorb more of the sound when a stick or branch would fall off and hit it. I have only had it a couple of years and haven't had to do any repairs or replacing of the roof at this time which is nice. I got the 11% back at menards when I did the roof. I would recommend it to someone if they are looking for a long term solution. If they are not going to be in there house all that long, then it may not be worth the initial investment.
