"Love Saving Money on our electric bill"
We've had our panels for almost a year. We have a LG 3.5kW system with a SolarEdge Inverter. They were installed in November 2017 and activated with PG&E in December 2017. Synergy Power out of Livermore, CA installed our panels. We love that our PG&E bill is less than the amount we are paying on the loan to purchase them. We've used less power every month than we generated, so our true up bill is going to be a credit as well! I have no complaints or dislikes, the install process went smoothly, and we have not had any problems. I guess the only real dislike is cloudy days that don't let us generate as much power haha! I would recommend this company and brand of panels to anyone looking to buy, for sure, as they were awesome to work with. The loan company had an inspector come up a few months after install and did bring up that a mount needed to be changed, which Synergy was out to do it within days. It didn't affect anything in the working of the system, so thankfully we didn't have to power down at all. One other thing we also love is being able to open up an app on our smartphone and see real time information on how much we've generated that day.

"Solar savings, the best choice I ever made."
I got my LG NeON solar panels from Vivint Solar. I had used them for my security system for some time so I trusted them when I purchased these solar panels 6 months ago. The installation went really quick, and I was able to notice an immediate drop in my utility bill. Although the initial cost was significant I'm expecting returns after the first 2 years. In the meantime it seems like I have more money available each month with a utility bill around $50/month (for gas mostly) I did have an incident where a tree limb had broken an cracked one cell, But my insurance covered it and it was repaired in under a week. The only downside I've come across so far is that in the area I'm in, there is some agricultural work going on which stirs up the dust considerably. So I've either had to hire someone or gone up my self to give them a good scrubbing. But, as anyone near farming country can attest too, after harvest everything needs a good washing. I really wish I would have installed sooner, but I had heard a lot of stories about inferior Chinese panels...and how they were getting pitted or frying out after only a few years, which is why I trusted LG as well. If you're looking into investing in your home, or even if you want to reduce your carbon footprint. I would recommend the neon series from LG.
